Established in 2013, YDT was formerly known as WinWin Group which was one of the first government certified High-tech Enterprises of Hangzhou, and won the First Prize at the Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise Competition held by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Group was established as jointly promoted by Mr. Ye Jinwu, who ever served as deputy general manager of Merchant Business Department, director of the Finance Department of Alipay, and general manager of the User Business Department, together with several former senior managers of Alibaba.
